The remaining balance of the trip price is payable prior to or upon arrival in Kyrgyzstan. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during the booking process2. Cancellations by YouWe understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:60+ days before departure - 100% refund of your deposit.Less than 60 days before departure - No refunds. This covers pre-paid accommodations, transportation, and guide services.3. Deposit Transfers (Rescheduling)Your deposit may be transferred to another available tour date within the same calendar year.Deposit transfers are permitted one time only.Transfer requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the original departure date.4. Cancellations by VisitKGZIf VisitKGZ cancels a tour for any reason, all payments made to VisitKGZ will be fully refunded.VisitKGZ is not responsible for costs related to international flights, visas, or other expenses not booked directly through us.5.
